When can I expect my custom jewelry to arrive?
It takes time to make each one to order in our studio. Your personalized piece will be ready to ship within seven business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email. If we are able to make it sooner, we will. But due to demand, we kindly ask people to wait seven business days for assembly, and an additional 3-5 days for shipping. 

I want my charms placed in a specific order. How do I tell you?

We encourage you to use our nifty 'Drag and Drop' design tool. Or, you can email us with your order # (studio@harthagerty.com). Need more help? Book a private shopping appointment (virtual available), or visit us at our 650 King Street store! We will work with you to make the layout just right! 

I received my custom jewelry! How do I make an alteration (i.e. rearrange charm placement, swap charms, change chain, change chain length)?
We can absolutely alter your necklace or bracelet. Just email us with your request (studio@harthagerty.com) and original order number, and mail us your piece to our return address. *Note: we charge $25 for any alterations.* This includes our team's assembly work and shipping your updated piece back to you. 

I love my custom charm piece! How do I add more charms?
Awesome! You can add more charms from our Individual Charm Shop page. Simply order your charms and mail us your bracelet or necklace with your charm order # and any instructions on how you'd like us to place the new charms. Or, add the charms yourself! We will mail you the updated piece in 2-3 weeks.

What materials do you use?
The chains and charms are made in the USA and crafted from quality brass. They are plated with a super thick coating of 14K gold. Hart uses up to four times more gold than other fashion brands to ensure longevity of the piece. We also use gold-filled components, which is the next best thing to solid gold.

Can I return my necklace?
Yes, we accept returns within 2 weeks of delivery, unworn and with original packaging. Customer is responsible for return postage. We charge a $25 restocking fee to cover our labor costs for assembly and disassembly. See return address above.

I have a nickel allergy. Can I wear it?
Yes, our custom charm necklaces are nickel and lead free. Hart herself has a nickel allergy (she has to put a protective coating on her favorite metal Rayban sunglasses so they don't cause a rash). *Note* some people are extra sensitive and can only wear pure gold. If that's you, we cannot guarantee you won't have some sort of reaction.
