What's a HART REFRESH Service anyway?

Time for a tune-up? Bring in your Custom Charm Jewelry and we will use our magic dish soap trick to clean your piece, rearrange your charms, and enjoy your fresh & squeaky clean necklace or bracelet.

Want to move a charm to another chain? Tell us which charms and we’ll slide them on, or fix them to your liking.

The complimentary charm REFRESH service includes:

• Deep-cleaning to restore luster and shine
• Rearranging the placement of your charms
• Adding (new) charm(s) to your existing necklace
• Moving charm(s) to a different chain to create a layered necklace look
• Tightening jump rings and adjusting charm positioning
• Adding an heirloom charm from your private collection
