Sunrise Surf Training

Charlestonians - we'll be meeting at Folly Beach next Friday (6/14) for a sunrise sweat with local workout instructor Franny Radeka. Yoga mat or towel required. Franny also invites you to bring your surfboard and swimsuit to join her surfing following the workout. 

EVENT DETAILS: 

Friday, June 14th from 6:30 am - 7:15 am at 301 W Ashley Ave, Folly Beach, SC 29439.

There is a parking lot here and street parking nearby, please walk out to the beach to get to the event. 

Please arrive no later than 6:15 am.
