P.S. I HART This: My Favorite Manifestation Tools
Manifestation is about getting clear on what I want (and why I want it), taking aligned action each day, and then letting go and trusting the universe to do its work.
Here are some tools and resources that have helped me on my manifestation journey.

Make a Clear List: Instead of a set-it-and-forget-it exercise, I consider my manifestation list an ongoing, interactive process to revisit weekly. To set myself up for success, I turn the act of journaling and collaging into a sensorial, feel-good ritual. Find a pretty journal and pens, and carve out a calm, beautiful space in your house with yummy candles and dreamy sunlight where you can sink in. Almost like an altar.
To Be Magnetic: I’ve been following Lacey Phillips and TBM for almost eight years. Hands-down, TBM’s courses have been the most impactful resource. It changed the way I understand manifestation energetics - we manifest from taking aligned action out of our authentic self-worth. Her online courses are great, but you can also learn the fundamentals from the TBM podcasts. Start with this one.
The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron: I revisit this book again and again. It changed my perspective on what “being creative” means, and the spiritual importance of nourishing our inner (child) artist. When I’m feeling down, I’ll dive back into it. The ‘morning pages’ exercises are life-changing (why is it so hard to stick with habits that make us feel so good?).
Saved iPhone Note: This is a good exercise for building my intuition and universal trust muscle. I pin a saved note in my phone called ‘Pings,’ where throughout the week, I’ll jot down the nudges the universe sends me. I’ve learned to really listen to - and take action from - the pings. I’ve also learned that, unless I write it down, I forget them, however insightful they may be.
Find Your Unique Way to Chill: We all know that calming our brains is essential to the manifestation process. I’m not a sit-on-a-pillow-in-silence-meditation kind of gal. Finishing a five-day silent mediation retreat at the Southern Dharma Center in North Carolina was impactful but really difficult for me (maybe you’d like it?). My point is, meditation doesn’t have to be so extreme. Make it fun(ish) for you. I like to lay on my daybed in my art studio and listen to a Binaural Beat track on loop. There are tons of tracks, find the one that vibes best with you. Taking my dogs on long walks without my phone also calms my nervous system.

Psychedelics: I’m very interested in how psychedelics help us dive deep into our psyches and connect with the Universe by physiologically dropping the veil of our egos and mental programming. For the last couple of years, I’ve been exploring (and immensely enjoying!) safe doses of psychedelic mushrooms (which are legal in Colorado and Oregon). Taking a mini ‘trip’ feels like connecting my spirit with a supercharger cable to the universe - plugging me into a direct download channel to God-the-universe-pure love - and underscores what is truly important in life. I have many friends who have had life-changing experiences with the varsity version of this, ayahuasca, which I find incredibly intriguing but quite intimidating. Maybe one day? Locally, Charleston has great clinics offering reputable ketamine therapies, which I’m currently researching after hearing many positive experiences from some of my favorite humans.
Wheel of Life: This is an incredibly helpful tool for me when I am vision boarding. The wheel is divided into eight segments including career, travel, family, etc. I spend a couple of hours thinking about what went well, how I can improve, where I was lacking in the last year. We even made our own version. You can download it here.

Charleston - join me for a vision board night on Tuesday, January 21st where we will put pen to paper, manifest, and focus on what we want to call into our futures.
