P.S. I HART THIS: Nature Walks

Many of us share the 2024 goal of spending more time with Mother Nature. “Touch grass” … as the kids say. We are fortunate here in Charleston to not have to travel too far to watch clouds drift over a horizon or wander in a sun-dappled, fragrant pine forest. During a hectic work week, my micro-dose of nature is a long walk with my dogs in Hampton Park. Ideally, communing with nature means leaving my f*cking phone at home. But sometimes I need extra help redirecting my mind’s ceaseless to-do lists by tuning into the teachings of Deepak Chopra. His audio version of  “Seven Laws of Spiritual Success” makes for a particularly soothing hour-long sojourn under the oaks.
