PS I HART THIS: CORAL RED LIPSTICK
My essential makeup item is by far and away a smudge of coral red lipstick…. especially in summer time paired with our turquoise or green gemstone necklaces. The complementary color combination brightens up my entire face better than any Insta-filter can... (I don’t know about y’all, but my lips have lost some of their natural pink color as I’ve gotten older. Oh, to be aging gracefully!). The key to gorg-looking lipstick, in my opinion, is to first dab on some color and then gently pat it into your lips with your fingers. Do not apply directly from the tube – otherwise it looks waxy and heavy. I learned this trick from Jeanne Damas. She’s Parisian and super hot and supremely chic and knows what is up.
