This was just one of those weeks where I couldn't leave the house before changing my outfit a dozen times. Yes, Hart earrings go with just about any outfit, but sometimes picking it out can be hard, especially when it's hot and muggy out (even though it's supposed to be Fall now...well, not in Charleston).
